  • Malfunction

    If you think your meter is not functioning properly do NOT SEND it to ROVER.
    Contact your distributor (where you purchased the meter) and he will provide all the solutions and indications required to resolve your problem.  If you are in difficulty contact us directly:

  • Free software update

    ROVER offers the possibility of carrying out FREE SOFTWARE UPGRADES for your meter, simply REGISTER on the ROVER WEBSITE in the TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AREA.

    Once you have registered you can download, free of charge, not only new SOFTWARE for your meter, but also the ROVER S.M.A.R.T. interface program required to install software upgrades.

    HOW TO REGISTER: 
    Select "SW updates" in the "Service and support" area in the blu MENU on your left:

    •  Select the word REGISTER at the top of the page.
    •  You will access an electronic form which must be completed with your personal data and a Username of your choice.
    •  Once you have filled in your form, click on the SEND key.
    •  You will then receive an email to activate your registration.  Select the link in the email and you will immediately receive another email that confirms your User ID and lets you know your Rover password.
    •  Please keep your User Id and Password in a safe place because you will need it in the future to access the SW updates area.

    SOFTWARE UPDATE:
    The last software upgrades available for your meter can be found in the "Service and Support" area of the Rover website by clicking on "SW updates".

    You can download the SW after you have REGISTERED (see point 1).
    Look for the model name of your meter and download the relative software file.
    To upgrade your software you must use the S.M.A.R.T. program (see point 3)

    S.M.A.R.T.:
    The S.M.A.R.T. Program is used to connect your ROVER meter to a PC.  It must be installed on your PC so that you can upgrade your meter's software.

    The S.M.A.R.T. program can be downloaded from the “Service and Support” area of the Rover website under "SW updates".
    You can access this area only after you have REGISTERED (see point 1).
