Although this is a mature product, after a careful market analysis, we concluded that the Satellite Communications (SATCOM) market required new products that were reliable (double PSU), with wider bandwidth & easy scalable with 3 modules/parts to allow different configurations, reducing in this way the number of parts to be ordered/stored.
In the last years the Satellite Communications market, has enormously increased the Transponders capacity to supply more and more data. HTS (High-Throughput Satellite) Transponders, therefore, require wider bands, with better linearity (flatness), better Impedance matching (Return Loss) and obviously always at competitive prices.
To meet these requirements, Rover has developed the RAS-3 series of products which, with only 3 types of modules (4 way, 8 way & 16 way splitter), can be used in many configurations, easy to assemble and program.
