Company Changes

Dear Customers and Suppliers,
After 52 incredible years in the Satcom & Broadcasting industry, the time has come for me to pass the torch.

I am pleased to share that Rover’s legacy will continue through Vema Technology: a new company formed by a group of long-standing employees that have been working with us for more than 20 years and that will continue to operate from the same headquarters in Sirmione, with the same Rover brands and products you have come to know and appreciate over the years.

All existing contracts will be maintained and continued by the new company without any changes, except for the company details.

Therefore, while products will continue to bear the Rover brand, starting from 01/01/2025, invoices and documents will carry the name VEMA Technology Srl.
