REPAIR TIME: 15 business days (excluding transportation and quote approval times);
REPAIR WARRANTY: 3 months on the same repair;
BATTERY WARRANTY: 3 months from the date of purchase;
REPLACED PARTS REPORT: Since the repair price is a flat rate, NO REPORT IS PROVIDED;
REPLACED PARTS REPORT REQUEST: This must be submitted when requesting the RMA and costs €30, which will be added to the flat rate repair cost;
REPAIR STATUS INFORMATION: To receive information on the status of your repair, please write to wecare@roverinstruments.com, quoting the RMA number you received.
INFORMATION on the CAUSE of FAILURE: In most cases, it is not possible to provide a complete explanation of the cause of the failure (except for obvious breakages that require no explanation). Therefore, please DO NOT call or write to request this information; if the failure was caused by your involuntary negligence, we will notify you.
IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, as per IATA directive, as of April 1, 2016, couriers cannot transport CHARGED ION POLYMER BATTERIES. Therefore, ROVER will deliver TOOLS with partially charged ION POLYMER BATTERIES.
